1. Information Collection and Use

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App uses local storage mechanisms (such as Android DataStore and Room Database) to store information required to operate the Game, including:

- Game preferences and settings (e.g., sound on/off, theme selections).

- Gameplay statistics (e.g., wins, draws, and losses for Single Player and Multiplayer modes).

This data remains strictly on your device. We have no access to this information, and it is not uploaded to any remote server or shared with third parties.

B. Network Permissions and Local WiFi Multiplayer

The App includes a Local WiFi Multiplayer mode which allows players to host or join games over a local network. To facilitate this:

- The host device establishes a local Socket connection (using local IP address and a port).

- The client device connects directly to the host's IP address.

- No internet server is used for matchmaking, and no data leaves your local network.

- The QR Code scanning features are handled completely offline to share local IP address details and do not send data to any remote service.

C. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

To monetize the Game, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To comply with privacy laws, we also display a consent dialog provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

These third-party service providers may collect and process your information, including:

- Device IP addresses (which may be used to estimate general location).

- Unique device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID).

- App usage data and details regarding your interaction with advertisements.

- Device information (e.g., manufacturer, model, operating system, and connection type).
